Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Return Process

To return an item(s), please call 941-909-4144 or e-mail customer service at info@ups-a-daisy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase or packing slip and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return, we will initiate your refund. To expedite the refund process, you may e-mail a copy of your return shipping label showing the tracking number and RMA to info@ups-a-daisy.com ~ please note, we make every effort to process refunds upon receipt. Your refund may take longer depending on your credit card company’s policy.
